一、基本情况

撒茜怡，女，1988年12月生，汉族，天津市人。2012年获得石家庄铁道大学法学学士学位，2014年获得英国杜伦大学国际贸易与商法硕士学位，2019年获得伦敦大学（亚非研究学院）法学博士学位。

研究方向：WTO法，国际贸易法，争端解决。
